An incurable disease where the patient cannot picture themselves dating anyone but “the one” and cannot get over the fact that they don’t want them back. Usually leads to death, but sometimes the disease passes peacefully without much damage.

Timmy: Damn, Robbie has been fantasizing about dating that girl for years.
