Marjolein Syndrome 

Someone who is so tired of work that he has no valid reason to call in sick, but still calls in sick.

Alex is working at a call-center, Alex is so tired to the point where he is taking deep breaths and saying stuf like man man man. Alex can’t hold it any longer and he needs a reason to call in sick, so Alex says that he has the Marjolein Syndrome .
