A Cowboy kid is someone who’s parent/guardian is a figure of authority. (Police Officer, Judge, Secretary of State.) They are often known for their mischief or pattern of behavior.

A Cowboy Kid, is someone new in school or town who takes traditions and rules and goes against them, often rewriting traditions or making their own rules, along with their arrival they often bring Mischief and use their Charismatic personalities to get what they want from people you often want to get on their good side because more often than not they're a People Pleaser and will make you look like a Clown

A) woah! Did you see the new guy when he got in trouble for Flirting with the teacher?

B) yeah, he seems like a real Cowboy Kid.
