Using a rhetorical question to answer another rhetorical question which both have the same answer.

"Q: Is pizza a food?"
"A: Is the Pope Catholic?"

The answer is made up for rhetoricality.

Rhetoricalized

When you make a rhetorical statement.

It's so much easier to say/write than "she said rhetorically." Instead use "She rhetoricalized.
