Mr.Tuliptoes

A cat who was once a bad ass alley cat but had a terrible head injury and has been "special" ever since.

He was stuffed in a box and taken to the vet. He came home with staples in his head and stitches where his balls used to be.

"That cat just ate a hornet."
'That's Mr.Tuliptoes. He can't help it, he's "special".'
