A combination of "drunk" and "diabetes": the result of drinking too many strong, sugary drinks.

"I drank too much of Matt's Liquor-Aid...now I have drunkabetes!"

Drunkarees 

A portmanteau of the words drunk and dungarees referring to the dungarees worn while drinking.
Especially apt if the bib pocket is used to hold an alcoholic beverage.

"Hey we're going day drinking in the park, you in?"
"Absolutely! I'll put my drunkarees on"
