someone who makes dippy complaints or uses shit as dip, perhaps for chips or some such snack. usually someone who might also be called “minimum” or “butt-butt.” likely also has a childhood history of scatophagy.

Me: You complain about me calling you a dipshit, but your other complaints are so dippy that they assure it!

You: Well, as a child I did eat poop—it’s best as a dip.
