A term black people can use to call each other and not get in trouble. Once a white person calls a black person a nigger they get their ass kicked. But if black people call white people a cracker or honkey or nething else nothing happens.

white person talkin " hey nigger whats up" this is proceded by the white person gettin their ass kicked

Black person talkin " hey my nigger whats up" then nothing happens..
