A facial expression used when sizing up a romantic partner. Similar to that of the expression used before devouring a steak.

"I notice you were giving me meat-eyes from across the bar. Can you buy you a drink?"

"Don't give me those meat-eyes, I'm still mad at you for sleeping with my best friend"

"OMG, Cindy! Rob has been giving you meat-eyes ALL day"
