A motorist who parks their vehicle under a highway overpass during a severe storm (usually a tornado or hailstorm), blocking traffic and trapping other drivers in the path of the storm. This person incorrectly believes the bridge provides safety, when in reality, they are creating a wind-tunnel death trap for themselves and a massive pile-up for everyone else.
