The absence of desirable sushi plates on a sushi train due to a sushi thief or sushi hog being positioned up train from you; stealing your chosen plate before it reaches you.

The person up train of you on the sushi train that steals your chosen plate or plates.

Differs from a sushi hog and sushi ninja by quantity and selectivity.
