A person whose anarchist philosophies appear to have gotten a little blendy with some kind of pseudo-pathological asceticism such that they are extraordinarily giving... to the point of being malnourished.

Anarchorexia will not save this world, dear friend. Please think about challenging your compulsions to be anarchorexic.
