beauracracy

The word "bureaucracy" for people who can't spell. Even people that claim to have jobs. ^^

Person 1: "I'm sick of all the beauracracy in this organization."
Person 2: "Like having your boss make you do things twice since you can't spell or use spell check?"
Person 1: What?
