Noun: A person male or female of average looks and standing who essentially thinks they're hot sh!t, and on a scale of 1-10 considers themselves an 11.

Look at that guy over there. He is so in love with himself, he struts around here like he's an 11, when in all actuality, he straight up 7-11.
