Lawrenceville

NOT a school, but a TOWN that has a few schools in it. Lawrenceville (Lawrence) does not consist completely of over-privileged, rude, and unwelcome prep-kids (as previous definitions may suggest). Lawrence High School, Notre Dame High School, and Lawrenceville Prep all inhabit the township of Lawrence (naturally sparking rivalry). Each school offers different views toward learning...

Lawrenceville (formerly Maidenhead), is a town that acts as a buffer between Trenton and Princeton, NJ. This creates a wonderful mixture of races, religions, and social classes. It's NOT Ewing or Trenton, but it's not exactly Princeton either... IT'S JUST RIGHT

What can I say? I have lived in Lawrence my entire life and couldn't imagine living anywhere else. I could have gone to any one of the High Schools mentioned above (yes, L-Prep), but I chose LHS because its a great school and it teaches you something that none of the other schools can. (what that is, is up for you to figure out).

With NYC about 1 hour away by train, Philly roughly an hour away by car, and the shore calling you... Its hard to complain.

PS: I know some people who go to Lawrence Prep, THEY'RE nice... OTHERS on the other hand, need to learn to respect the locals and remember that THEY are the trespassers.

ND-kids come from all over (usually PA)
LP-all over the world and Lawrenceville
Rick- "I can't step foot on Lawrence Prep School grounds without getting harassed by the kids"

Greg- "It's ok, they know nothing about Lawrenceville"
Get the Lawrenceville mug.
