Artvertising is a form of advertising and communication that typically attempts to persuade potential customers with artistic backgrounds to purchase or to consume more of a particular brand of product or service. Whereas modern advertising developed with the rise of mass production in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, ARTvertising only developed in 1980s through the present utilizing art as primary form of advertising in attempts to appeal to a younger, more hip crowd.
Many new condo building developers are utilizing street art for selling their building's relevance to passers by, hence, ARTvertising may bring a younger crowd of buyers.

Optitryzation is the process of trying to improve the volume or quality of traffic to a web site or a web page (such as a blog) from search engines via "natural" or un-paid ("organic" or "algorithmic") search results as opposed to other forms of search engine marketing (SEM) which may deal with paid inclusion. the difference between optitryzation and optimization is the latter misses the mark entirely by virtue of doing it the wrong way.
The owner of that website has obviously had a fun filled weekend of search engine optitryzation, because there are keywords stuffed everywhere.

Much like tech support, Social Support is a range of services only usable through a network of peers, providing assistance with technology products such as equipment, software, computers, or other electronic or mechanical goods. In general, social support services attempt to help the user solve specific problems with a product which another member of the network is familiar with—rather than having to rely on manufacturers to provide training, customization, or other support services.
Social support, much like peer support occurs when members of a social network provide knowledge, experience, guidance, helpful or practical help to one other. It commonly refers to an initiative consisting of trained and/or experienced supporters, and can take a number of forms such as mentors, listening, tutorials or counseling. Social support is also used to refer to initiatives where colleagues, members of self help organizations and others meet as equals to give each other support on a reciprocal basis. "Social" in this case is taken to imply that each person has no more expertise as a supporter than the other and the relationship is one of equality.

Land surveyors have a hard time tracking down manuals and tutorials for how to use the equipment they buy, so there needed to be a new system for social support in which surveyors help one another solve problems in the field.

Geosocial support is the perception and actuality that one is cared for in all areas of the world, has assistance available from other people regardless of location, and that one is part of a supportive social network which has a global reach. These supportive resources can be emotional (e.g., caring), tangible (e.g., financial assistance), informational (e.g., advice, technical support), or companionship (e.g., sense of belonging). Like Social support, Geosocial support can be measured as the perception that one has assistance available from any location on earth, the actual received assistance (non dependent on location), or the degree to which a person is integrated in a geosocial network with a shared location. Geosocial support can come from many sources, such as family, friends, associates, colleagues, organizations, coworkers, etc. Geosocial support is cross cultural and transcends language barriers
Land surveyors in history had a difficult time finding answers to their problems in the field, until one day land surveyors united in the name of Geosocial Support and now they can solve problems with the collaborative social support of their associates around the world, without worrying about language barriers.
