Being very drunk or intoxicated, such as you would be on New Years. Not feeling like your normal self due to a large amount of alcoholic beverages.

Grant: How are you feeling? You look a little out of it.
Erica: I'm a bit new yearsy I just got back from a great party.
Grant: I'm quite new yearsy myself.
