a word used to descrive an uncircumcised boy who dumps their girlfriends for no reason. usually racist, though himself very foreign. an owen usually acts tough, but in reality has a vagina, looser then his girlfriends.

Person 1: "did you hear about Owen?"
Person 2: "ya, not only did he dump his girlfriend but he's never had the extra skin taken off his dick."
Person 1: "ew, hope i never have to see that shit."
Person 2: "then make sure to protect your butthole."
