Almost common knowledge; a fact that (almost) everyone knows, but somebody still always has to mention it in a conversation.

Nassim told his friends that leaving a fridge open in a closed room would heat up a room instead of cooling it down. His friends reacted: "everyone knows that, that's a glouche." Axel was perplexed and couldn't believe it.
