When one is disrespected to the highest degree either by an individual or situation.

Derek: "Hey Ricky, I just knocked over your Lego skyscraper!"
Ricky: "Aw, phat dis!"

or

Derek: "I just got a speeding ticket...cops gave me the phat dis."
