A person, usually a guy, who has become used to another person, usually an obsessive girl, drooling all over him and constantly telling him how awesome he is and how much she loves him. This means the guy interprets anything less as offensive.
Becky: Hey John, how's your paper going?
John: Why do you even need to ask? Do you think it hasn't been going wonderfully?
Becky: I didn't say that. I didn't mean anything wrong.
John: That's hurtful.
Becky: I think you must've been simranized.
