Someone who was once suspected of being gipsy, but turned out to be white. Usually very stubborn and contrarian person. Also called names such as "fecke" or "kamaco".

I thought at first that guy was a gipsy when I first met him.
-Nah, he's just a bufej.

Everytime i give him proposition he has to do things the other way around.
-I know, it's typical bufej.
