Verbal Diorehia 

When someone cannot stop talking it is said that the subject has verbal diorehia. Also used when someone it talking utter rubbish and lots of it.

Roy: The next chapter progression pathway will be targeted ... etc
Bob: What is he on about?
Tom: I don't know but he sure had a bad case of verbal diorehia
