1. The most common definition being a descriptive word for a person who lacks taste. A person unable to recognize something of low quality.

2. To be lacking in tact or decency

When you are exhausted asleep with a cold and a person uses the opportunity to take a container in a bag laying next to your head, containing a box of combination lock codes, throws the container back and places the tie in the unlocked closet.
