Like
baby birding, an act where a drink or food (could be pre-chewed) moves from one person's to another person's mouth. However with wolf cubbing the food or drink is initially swallowed by the first person. The second person then licks the back of the first person's throat to trigger their gag reflex and bring up the food or drink into the second person's mouth. This mimics the way that wolf cubs sometimes get food from their parents.
