It is a Russian word for a woman who offers her body for money, literally.
In reality, it is used on any woman to let her know she is disliked and they want to offend her.

Same for American would be: whore, hoe, biatch

Girl #1: Hey sljuha, privjet! Kak djela?
Girl #2: Shut your mouth, i think the only sljuha in this room is Yourself. Get out and dont talk to me no more.
