drwx is a shortened version of the unix file permissions drwxrwxrwx. it stands for Directory Read Write eXecute. aside from this, it is used as the nickname/handle for a clan member in the bf1942 clan Bucktoof Gangsters. www.bucktoof.net. this name is pronounced "drix" to make it easier to say on teamspeak.
