SQT 

SEAL Qualification Training- Training that SEAL candidates must complete after BUD/S and jump school in order to receive their trident and be assigned to a SEAL team. Involves advanced weapons training, small unit tactics, diving, demolitions, and more.

"Did you hear? Steve made it through BUD/S, but he's not a SEAL yet. He still has to make it through SQT."
