Jordan fraction

An improper, or "top-heavy" fraction, one in which the numerator is greater than the denominator. The term is derived from Ms Katie Price (aka Jordan), a glamour model of quite extraordinarily enhanced proportions.

An intentionally misleading and yet correct statement as to the time taken to accomplish a stated task.
