If that's on someone's Wall, you have a prime example of FDA.

illy

(adjective) Short for ill-proportionate or ill-proportioned. Used when there is an abnormal size ratio between different features on a thing or person.

"Check out that girl, her head is way too big for her body."
"Yeah, she's totally illy."

The Toyota Prius may be cheap on gas, but it sure is illy.
