Partlow is an unincorporated town just south of Fredericksburg, VA. Many of the residence of Partlow are either so redneck that they don't have cell phone signal or are inbred. Many of the residence also only have camo clothing and old, shitty pickup trucks. All of them have fake accents that make them look like illiterate idiots.

Jessica: Wow, you smell horrible. Are you one of those Partlow kids?
Max: Yes, I do live in Partlow.
