A male servant to a female. Basically a male ho. A bitch's mistress will usually beat him for fun, force him into wearing female clothing (skirts, dresses, lingerie, ect). A bitch is usually forced to wear a french maid outfit to preform his tasks. A woman will tell her bitch whatever to do, and he will do it. If he does not, he will be beat.
Mistress: Bitch, go make me a sandwich
Mistress: Bitch, go change the channel, try on my new skirt and heels for me, then get ready for your beating.
