To re-insert a booger into ones nose. Often prompted by a lack of tissues in which to deposit the aforementioned booger.

"You goober, why are you putting that booger back in your nose?"

"Shut up goober, I dont have a tissue, so I obviously had to reboog. Would you rather I flick it at you or something?"
