an exclamation that may escape one's lips during an energetic response to another's outlandish statement. a combination of "bullshit" and "retarded", "Bulltarded" originated accidently but is sure to stand the test of time.

"Brett Favre is so amazing, one day i'm going to marry him."
"No. Fuck that. That's bulltarded!"
