Nerdy software engineers who often times are not the brightest but are willing to work very hard to learn the intricacies of coding languages. If you ask them to come up with an algorithm they will be clueless, but ask them to implement a binary tree in java and they fill code fuck the shit out of it. They enjoy fucking code.
