When you greet someone by stripping down and peeing on them. Most pee is usually affectionately directed at their outstretched hand.

Akoni: Hey! I haven’t seen you in so long, come here you!
Josiah: *strips down*
Akoni: *reaches out hand as if to shake*
Josiah: *pees on Akoni’s hand and leg*
