when a person sneezes and says "pika" before it thus making the noise of said pokeman. It is epic and is considered sacred in some societies. Some people dislike it seeing as the person is less likely to cover their mouth because of the extra concentration needed. Though most people think it is fucking awesome.

person: pikaaaa- CHOOOOOO (pikachoo)

stranger: cover your fucking mouth.

stranger: that was fucking awesome.
