Frequently used jargon in the Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) to describe cadets who are incompetent or unable to do basic tasks. Originates from remorse, defined as deep regret. Thus, cadets who are demorse, are considered a burden on their program.
-I can't believe the presentation this person gave. It was completely off topic and did not make any sense.
-I agree, definitely the biggest demorse in the ROTC program.
