A noise you make using your mouth. you push your tongue onto the inside of your bottom lip and say "algh". but remember this is not a word you are saying it is a sound so SOUND IT OUT ! It is solely used as an expression to use when you don't have anything else to say. It is not actually written as algh it is written as " ". i just couldnt put that as the title. (Y)
