Anyone who collects junk metal and brings it to a scrap yard for a living.

Leeroy- "I have this old grill I have to get rid of."
Louie- "Hey drop it off behind my house so I can bring it down to the scrap yard and get 3 dollars for it."
Leeroy-"Dude your a scrap nigger."
