Originated in New Zealand.
Used as Australian slang for the meaning "Perfection"

Usually indicated towards females.

Person 1: "Your perfect to me, in my eyes"
Person 2: "So your saying Im Shae?" *smiles*

Also...

Person 1: "what do you think of cake?"
Person 2: "that was Shae!"
