a flamboyant homosexual, mostly men, possesing a high level of feminine qualities. A super-fag. The leader of a gay mens group or clique. A gay older male. most likely one whom feels superior to other gays.( A queen is addressed as a female even though he is a guy, for this is proper salutation)
