when your ribs hurt and feel sore. typically occurs at night. hurts more when you breath deep.

me: *complains about ribs hurting while laying in bed at night*
J: “damn that’s late night rib i get it all the time”

when your leg hurts and aches all day. Common on sundays but can happen any day of the week. lower calf.

me: *complains about leg aching all day*
J: “sounds like a case of sunday leg to me”
