Hitlers birthday.
Hitler used to make his officers who were on watch for insane amounts of hours, snort cocaine to stay awake. To honor Hitler after his death, his men used to party and do drugs on his birthday. In the 70's some pot smokers who loved hitler made this popular. Now it's just known as 420 and National pot smokers day.
