Camping is the act of staying in one spot. If someone was camping in your inbox that would mean that they are constantly in your inbox (Facebook , Twitter , instagram ) ECT. Even when you have asked them to leave you alone or to stop messaging you.
It could also be applied to a thirsty male or female who is constantly messaging you .
