verb: to judge severely to the point where the term "judgmental" is insufficent to describe the degree of harshness associated with how you feel about a topic or person.

noun: any harsh statement that is blunt and to the point, disregarding anyone's feelings and usually made without excessive mental deliberation

Not to be gerrodmental or anything, but when we were out at the club, the fattest girl in the universe was wearing a world map sweater.
