a "group" of individuals established in 1984 by Erick William and Dean Kaitos to bring down the bloods and cripts but failed in 1987 when ambushed. very few are left in secrecy with a plan of revenge and a way to take back the valley

Very few people now think that the Lurkers even existed...but they still do.
