A person who is openly dismissive, disrespectful, or ignorant of the importance of consent in any interaction, particularly in intimate or personal situations. This person often makes light of or mocks the concept of mutual agreement, and may ignore or violate personal boundaries. Typically someone who displays entitlement, a lack of empathy, and an unwillingness to understand the importance of respect and communication in relationships.
