Countryism 

A countryism, or country-ism, is similar to many figures of speech, but must only contain stereotypes or generalizations from western country culture.

Applejack: Yee-haw! Finally, I can buck like a five bit snake herder in an Appleloosa ranch house again!
Fluttershy: And you got your countryisms back too.

Someone that is extremely skinny but not anorexic/bulimic - usually just their structure.

"Did you see that guy in the changing rooms? He is such a reymont!"
