A really sweet prostitute that acts very nice and sweet, like a muffun, but is still a prostitute.

My friend Claire and I were walking in the mall and we saw a really nice-looking girl who was smiling and walking with a guy. I said to Claire, "Wow, she looks really nice," but Clair replied with "I know, but she's a real ho-muffin, ya know?"
